Why Should I Send My Child to the Head Start Program?

Head Start will help your child develop intellectually, socially and physically. Head Start is a growing time for your child as well as for the whole family. After your child's experience with us he or she should have a smooth transition into kindergarten and look forward to going to school.

How Do I Enroll My Child In The
Head Start Program?

A telephone call to the Head Start office is the first step you take. (See center listings) you may speak with the person responsible for enrolling your child or a receptionist. Eligibility requirements will be explained .

The federal government sets income guidelines for the program in which families must qualify. A small number of families (10%) above the guidelines may be selected;
